چکیده
Recent reports associate teachers’ turnover intentions as a response to disruptions and transition of the teaching-learning process (e.g., flexible learning) due COVID-19 pandemic. This study explores antecedents intention teach in learning system (FLS) their via an extended theory planned behavior (TPB). Using cross-sectional survey, 417 valid responses were analyzed model this phenomenon, with self-efficacy digital nativity antecedent variables job satisfaction organizational commitment predictors attitudes. We also examined whether FLS is moderated by age. Results from Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) generate insights 12 hypothesized paths proposed model. uncover salient findings such (1) TPB explains 61% overall variations FLS, (2) attitude positively explained commitment, (3) influence attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control context teaching strongest predictor intention, (4) negative relationship between teachers, (5) age has no moderating effect on FLS. Some practical future research works are outlined light these findings.

Predicting intentions to donate blood among nondonors in Australia: an extended theory of planned behavior.
BACKGROUND With an increasing demand for blood and blood products in Australia, there is a continual need to recruit blood donors. As such, it is important to investigate the factors that impact on nondonors' decision-making processes with regard to donating blood for the first time. Previous research has established the efficacy of the theory of planned behavior (TPB) in predicting blood donor...

An alarming fact is the rising smoking prevalence in Asian countries especially in the Middle East, particularly the increasing trend in smoking during adolescence. In a randomized controlled trial study, 150 students e were selected using multistage sampling procedure from boy-specific high schools in Qazvi...
متن کاملPredicting blood donation intentions and behavior among Australian blood donors: testing an extended theory of planned behavior model.
BACKGROUND Donor retention poses a significant problem to blood collection agencies around the world. Previous research using an augmented theory of planned behavior (TPB) approach has demonstrated that attitude, subjective norm, self-efficacy, moral norm, anticipated regret, donation anxiety from prior blood donations, and self-identity as a blood donor predicts experienced donors' intentions ...

An extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) was used to understand the factors, particularly control perceptions and affective reactions given conflicting findings in previous research, informing younger people’s intentions to join a bone marrow registry. Participants (N = 174) completed attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control [PBC], moral norm, anticipated regret, self-identit...
